Shipping & Production  FAQs

1.What is the turnaround time for custom orders? 

Typical turnaround time for custom orders is 10-14 business days.  The Brownie Boutique is open M-F 8-5pm EST. Closed for all Holiday days.  Once your order is placed, and items are in stock, production will begin.  If items are out of stock, or on backordered, delay in production time will be communicated via email.

2. How fast is turnaround time to ship time?

Once your order is complete, a shipping label will be created, and your item will be shipped out on the next business day.

3.How long is shipping?

Typical shipping time is 2-4 days depending on the shipping method. Priority shipping will be used first. UPS shipping will be the alternative, based on rate. Once the item is shipped, The Brownie Boutique is not responsible for delays.  We will do our best to communicate with you if delays occur!!!
